Tension Indicator Device "Visible Anchor"

The movement of the needle acts on the anchor! A tension display device that indicates fluctuations in tension.

The "Visible Anchor" is a tension force display device that enables the easy monitoring of tension force fluctuations through visual inspections, contributing to the safety of slopes and anchors during and after construction by leading to subsequent detailed investigations and measures. By making the condition of the anchor and the stability of the slope visible to anyone at any time, it allows for the early detection of various anomalies, helps prevent accidents, and minimizes human casualties. The structure is very simple; it involves placing an unbonded cable wrapped in a sheath along the anchor, which detects the expansion and contraction of the anchor due to displacement of the moving layer as a displacement of the spring via the unbonded cable. Our company also offers many other products related to environmental disaster prevention. 【Features】 ■ Excellent visibility makes tension management easy ■ Easy installation with factory assembly, improving workability ■ Does not require electricity and can be used for long periods ■ Easy maintenance and management of anchors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ground anchor maintenance management technology

By performing repairs, it is possible to improve to a corrosion resistance equivalent to the current ground anchors!

More than 90% of the locations where issues occur in ground anchors are said to be in the head and the back of the head. By repairing these areas, it is possible to improve the corrosion resistance to the level of the current ground anchors. The maintenance and management of ground anchors are carried out in accordance with the "Ground Anchor Maintenance Manual." Maintenance and management consist of three parts: inspection, investigation, and countermeasures. Specialized materials are required to conduct investigations and countermeasures. 【Flow of Ground Anchor Maintenance and Management】 ■ Inspection: Visual inspection of the structure where the ground anchor is installed ■ Investigation: Conducted when abnormalities are confirmed during inspection ■ Countermeasures: Implemented if the investigation results indicate a decline in performance during the service period *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Rockfall Prevention Work: FDC Rope Hanging Work

Can handle large boulders with minimal materials! Excellent in shortening construction time and ensuring safety.

The "FDC Rope Hanging Method" is a construction technique that involves securing large floating rocks and areas at risk of peeling and falling with anchors and wire ropes on a slope, where rockfalls are a concern. By installing a new device called a tension manager, which incorporates springs at both ends of the wire rope, a semi-permanent tension is maintained in the wire rope. This strongly presses the target rock mass against the slope, aiming to stabilize the rock mass. 【Features】 ■ Amplifies frictional force ■ Efficiently stabilizes rock masses on slopes ■ Can accommodate large rock masses with minimal materials ■ Excellent economic efficiency ■ Shortens construction time and enhances safety *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Partial high-strength steel" high-frequency hardening

This is a steel material that achieves multiple strengths with a single bar of steel. By using high-frequency quenching, only the areas that require high strength and high durability can be made to have high strength.

In conventional heat treatment using furnaces, it was difficult to apply heat to the entire steel material while only treating the necessary parts. However, by utilizing high-frequency induction heating (IH) to selectively harden only a portion of the steel (enhancing strength and durability), we have achieved multiple strength levels with a single steel rod. By placing high-strength sections in areas that require structural integrity and low-strength sections in other areas, it is possible to control damage and reduce material usage. Using this technology and product, we have started selling high-strength rebar placed in column-beam joints, named "Double Stark®," which contributes to damage control in structures, reduction of rebar quantity, improved workability, and comfortable living spaces. *In 2018, we received the "Super" Monozukuri Parts Award and the Lifestyle-Related Parts Award.

Expansion resin anchor method

We will solve the problem of easily deflected wooden trusses, making large-span construction possible.

The "Expanded Resin Anchor Method" is a joint technology that enables design architecture like timber construction without hardware, as well as large-span buildings such as gymnasiums. Since the joints are made within the wood, they are not affected by drying shrinkage. The epoxy resin is filled in a spherical shape, eliminating any wobbling, and it possesses high rigidity and strength to the extent that the inserted bolts can break. Additionally, since no hardware is visible on the surface of the wood, it maintains a simple appearance as if the wood pieces are directly connected, preserving the design of exposed materials. 【Features】 ■ High rigidity and strength ■ No exposed hardware ■ Resistant to humidity and salt damage ■ No custom hardware required ■ Use of solid wood and locally sourced materials ■ Suitable for renovation work *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
